Let's set up a consultation!
After our consultation, the team at Mosaic & Co. will put together a proposal (estimate) for the services & products we have discussed & outlined for the day. Typically the proposal is just starting point & we often makes changes, together with our clients, to meet their design & budget needs. If everything looks good & you decide to book with us- AWESOME!! We can't wait to put it all together for you. The proposal you receive will also have your contact included; once we receive your signed online contract with a paid retainer, you are on our calendar!
A retainer is required along with your signed contract to move forward with event services through Mosaic & Co. Without both of these two things (signed contract or retainer) there is no guarantee on wedding services / event services or deliverables. Our studio requires a 40% retainer of the estimated proposal costs to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event date.
Contact our studio to schedule your consultation with our owner Joe Moussa. You are welcome to schedule an online, over the phone, or in person meeting. All in person meetings are by appointment only and held at our studio located at 2947 N Cedar Crest Blvd Allentown, PA 18104. We will work closely with you to schedule a time that is convenient for your busy schedule. If you require an off site consultation or other special accommodations, please let us know. As friendly note: you must have your date scheduled and venue booked in order to schedule a consult with us. This allows us to ensure our availability for your date.
We ask that you prepare anything you would like to share with us for our meeting. This includes, color swatches, pin boards, images, your imagination....all of the things! We will take this time to get to know one another, discuss your initial ideas, set expectations, and decide what level of services you might be interested in for your event. We will also discuss budgets and how to make sure you getting what you need and maximizing your wedding or event budget.

Well I got started in weddings in 2012 second shooting weddings for another photography studio. I have always been intrigued by floral but never really did anything with it outside of my own garden and dinner table arrangements. Honesty, at the time I was too afraid to try it on a real persons wedding. Thankfully in 2013 my sister decided to get married and I took that chance and asked if I could try doing their wedding florals. I figured if I bombed it, what was she going to do...tell my mom?!?! From her wedding I got a couple other referrals and from those referrals more weddings and events and before I knew it my little business started to grow.

Hands down, this is one of the hardest questions to answer for clients regarding the cost of wedding floral. Style, budgets and taste levels vary greatly from one couple to the next. There are a lot of variables that need to be considered such as size of wedding party and wedding centerpiece style. That being said, we have been all over the spectrum in terms of budget ranging anywhere from $2,500- $30,000 in floral expense. We will work closely together to create a design plan that will exceed your expectations while still maintaining your budget. We discuss this in more detail during your consultation!
Yes, it absolutely is possible. We can have one of our wedding florists prepare samples that you would like to see based off of your proposal. This is an expense that the client will incur unless we can coincide your design session with another event that may be using similar blooms.
Changes are welcome and expected. We will have a logistical and design check in meeting about 30-45 days prior to the wedding or event where we will review all of the details of your project. Of course if you're aware of changes at any time, please feel free to call or email us.
