If you're looking for someone to help keep all of your plans together, we are here for you! Wedding Day of Coordination usually starts 6-8 weeks prior to the wedding where we will work together to download all the details of your event. This ensures our ability to flawlessly execute your vision. Of course each event is different so we can discuss your exact requirements during our no charge consultation. Let our event stylists design and create the visual aesthetic of your wedding. Our team will design and manage all of the visual presentation and theme of your reception. While this is a service you can book on its own, it is almost always included within the floral services you may retain through our studio. Let's curate a design plan together.

This all-inclusive service is designed for modern couples looking for unlimited access to our expert team from the day you say “yes!” The full-service package allows you to relax and enjoy being engaged while we take care of the design, coordination, and execution of your wedding from design concept to dance floor. We will work closely together to tailor the design of your wedding ensuring it is a cohesive, stylish, unforgettable experience. This package includes budget development, venue scouting, contract and management of your other wedding professionals, timeline creation for the full wedding weekend, invitations and much more. We can discuss your exact needs during your initial consultation.

Cost of services all depends on the wedding planning or coordination services you need. Clients typically spend between $2,800 to $6,800 on planning services. I can happily create a custom package to reflect the needs of your wedding day.

It really depends on what services you are looking to have at the wedding. If you're looking for full planning, I recommend reaching out as soon as you're ready to start the wedding planning fun! 
If you're looking for a day of coordinator, I suggest reaching out as soon as you have your wedding date and wedding venue secured. 
Typically we get booked out anywhere from 6-18 months before the event date.

A wedding coordinator at a venue and a wedding planner are two very different jobs that carry varying responsibilities. 

Simply put, venue wedding coordinators solely serve the venue and the details around what they are offering you.

A wedding planner is focused solely on YOU and YOUR entire wedding day.  They are dedicated to your wedding vision, design plan, and will handle executing the fine details that we would have spent months putting together. 

100% Yes, we carry a liability policy which we can furnish to your venue should they request one.

We accept payment via cash, check or credit card. Please note that credit card payments will incur an additional 3.5% processing fee. We also accept forms of online or digital payments through Paypal, Venmo, Zelle.
